Terms of Service
Effective date: 9 July 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SafarOS, including agency workspaces, traveller portals, payment tracking tools, document workflows, and other related services.
By accessing or using SafarOS, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the travel agency or business you represent.
Use of the Service
You may use SafarOS only for lawful business purposes related to travel operations. You are responsible for the activity of your users, the accuracy of the data entered into the platform, and maintaining appropriate internal controls over access and credentials.
Accounts and Access
You must keep account credentials secure. You are responsible for all actions taken using your account or your team's accounts. SafarOS may suspend or restrict access if we detect misuse, security threats, unlawful conduct, or material breaches of these terms.
Customer and Traveller Data
You retain responsibility for the traveller, booking, invoice, and operational data you upload or manage through SafarOS. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and consents to process that data in the platform.
Availability and Changes
We may update, improve, or modify SafarOS over time. While we aim for reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance, security work, or third-party outages may affect access from time to time.
Fees and Commercial Terms
Paid plans, billing terms, and product entitlements may be governed by a separate order, subscription, or commercial agreement. If there is a conflict, the signed commercial agreement takes precedence over these general terms for that subject matter.
Termination
You may stop using SafarOS at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where needed to protect the platform, comply with law, or respond to serious misuse or non-payment.
Liability
SafarOS is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data arising from use of the service.
Contact
For questions about these terms, contact SafarOS through the support channel provided in your workspace or commercial agreement.
