We design SafarOS for operational travel workflows, which means agencies may process traveller information, booking records, document metadata, invoices, and related communication data in the service.
Information We Process
Depending on how SafarOS is used, we may process account details, agency profile data, traveller records, booking and itinerary details, document workflow metadata, invoices, payment tracking data, and application telemetry needed for security and reliability.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate the service, authenticate users, secure workspaces, support travel operations, improve product reliability, investigate incidents, and meet legal or contractual obligations.
Agency Responsibility
Agencies using SafarOS are responsible for ensuring they have an appropriate legal basis to collect and manage traveller and customer information within the platform.

We use access controls, tenant isolation, authentication, and operational safeguards to protect data. No system is completely risk-free, but we work to maintain reasonable and appropriate security measures for the nature of the service.
Retention
Information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and support legitimate operational or security needs.

SafarOS relies on third-party infrastructure and service providers, including hosting, authentication, storage, and error monitoring providers. Those providers may process data on our behalf as part of delivering the service.
